The Award

The award Honda received comes from the J.D. Powers 2025 US Automotive Brand Loyalty Study. It was given out based on the Honda HR-V, CR-V, Pilot, Passport, and the EV Prologue. Honda received the same award in 2024, proving that buyers are happy with the SUV models that the brand produces.

This study is in its seventh year, which measures loyalty of vehicle owners. The study looks at customers who purchase new vehicles and how many select the same brand when updating to a newer model. Awards are presented for mainstream and luxury models for SUVs, cars, and trucks. J. D. Power is highly recognized as a leading organization in automotive analysis around the world.
